What are some good tips for practicing golf in the winter?

I live in Steamboat Springs Colorado in the valley we get an average of 150-200in of snow in the winter this makes outdoor golfing near impossible. I am a Freshman this year and would like to make varsity next year. It is really hard for me to get to the gym to workout since i have a large family. And there is not a indoor driving range nearby. I was on the JV team this year and in the tournaments shot an average of 90. However, when i would just golf by myself i would shoot in the low 80s high 70s. I need some help to make my tournament score better and i need some good winter practicing tips. Thanks
