so i have been golfing for 3 months now and i shot a 49 (for 9 holes) the other day. do you think i'm doing good for such little experience? and do you think i could be good enough in 2-3 years to make college golf for a scholarship?

also, today i was having some issues playing and shot a terrible score because i kept trying to change my swing. i usually drive about 200 yards but today i could barely drive it at all!! i kept shanking it and popping it up super high. it was BAD. i'm not sure what caused me to do that, but i just couldn't seem to make contact with the ball. any suggestions??
the course was a par 36. i shot on each hole an average of about 5 or 6.

i live in michigan and i was thinking michigan state or Ball state college.
ok I"M A GIRL!!! everyone keeps refering me to a guy.

I also missed some drives right. When I try to flatten my swing i drop my hands inside and get underplane. Does anyone have any drills that I could do to get flatter without dropping to club to far from the inside. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

Golf Training Aid for Correct Pivot. PivotPro, Worlds First Patented pivot training aid for golfers of all caliber and ages. With its easy to use and versatile design, PivotPro is a revolutionary golf training aid that is specifically designed to promote correct pivoting in your golf swing. PivotPro is the next generation golf training aid, enabling you work on proper pivoting. PivotPro will help you eliminate: ·Excessive sway - swaying hips result in a poor weight shift, and power loss ·It prevents casting of the club and over the top move ·If you suffer from reverse pivoting, lack of club head speed or a balanced finish 1.Master to stay centered over the ball 2.Master to swing the club on the correct plain 3.Master a powerful coil 4.Master your spine angle ·Master proper footwork and balance The secret to PivotPro success is that it forces you to pivot correctly ingraining correct fundamentals resulting in proper coiling of the upper torso against the right leg, creating maximum resistance that leads to more power, consistency, proper weight distribution, and footwork — its like having your own professional instructor. In order to be consistent in your golf swing, it is vital that you must load correctly and achieve same proper position at the top of your swing every time. The number one reason armatures hit inconsistent shots is that they never get in the same proper position at the top of the swing. In golf one needs to learn to feel things to fix your problems ...
