I want to caddy at a golf club near to my house I will soon be 16 years old. I want a job out in the sun I don’t mind the summer heat, and that has good pay and tips. How do you get a job caddying at a golf club?

I have been working at a well-known private golf course as a "B" caddy, (lowest rank), a couple of times and i’ve only made each time, (20 for the caddy and 10 for the tip) even though everybody who plays there is rich. One of my friends is an "honor caddy"(30 for 18 holes) and another friend is an "A caddy"(25 for 18 holes) so they make a little bit more than me, and each time they go out they get around – including tips for single bagging it. How can I become a better caddy so i can make more money in tips? or how can i make more money in tips?
