Right i am 16 years old and shoot around the 85-95 mark but i need help and fast. I am 6 foot and weigh 10 stone 10 pounds. I am one of the skinniest people you will see. I still hit a ball quite for with my average being 240-270. I need to build more muscle though so i need you to help me in building muscle? What foods should i eat? what workout should i do? And give me some golf tips to improve my distance
Eat high protein diet, and lift weights. But in golf flexibility is a huge help. If you watch the guys on the pga tour you will notice that a lot of them are tall and skinny. If you hit your driver 240-270 that is one of your problems. You need more consistency. Work on a smooth swing that will hit the ball 250 and where you are aiming. Also work on your short game!
It sounds as though you don’t need distance – you probably need accuracy. The old saying "Drive for show, putt for dough" is the one you need to keep in your head. Your body will fill out naturally. Your putting stroke needs an instructor.
start lifting weights that what i did and i hit the ball far enough im 17 and play off 6 shooting usually 74 and above it will help and sleeping get alot of sleep before your round
