You didn’t mention your age, but flexibility has a huge effect on your golf swing (even when you’re not a senior). Get into a stretch program and stretch EVERY DAY. You’ll feel better, regardless of golf.
On top of that, I would focus on your short game and putting. If you can get to each green in 1 over regulation and 2 putt, you’d shoot 90. If you can 1 putt half the greens, you’d shoot 81. It’d drive your opponents nuts when they hit the green in reg and 3 jack and you get up and down for par!
