becoming a golf caddy, tips on how to become a good caddy?

well, i have a friend that works as a golf caddy at this rich ass golf club and hes makin huge bank here, so i just went and applied to become a caddy and was wondering

what can i do to become a better caddy and get better tips from people?
1.things to say?
2.how to act?

can some1 give me some good tips for driving the golf ball from the tee?

I started playing golf a few months ago and I've been able to make some pretty descent shots with every club EXCEPT Drivers. I don't know why. I've been to the driving range a few times and I cant even hit it to the 50. I got a tip from a golf pro who said I have a good swing but I need to not move my head. I tried that and I did a little bit better, but I still need a lot of help with it. Do yall have any good tips?

i stopped playing solf ball this year and now I'm playing golf.. i haven't played golf at least 5 years so now i feel like I'm a rookie again (use to play it all the time).. I'm interested in knowing some tips? to driving to putting and holding the clubs right? i was driving last night, a dude came up to me and said to me THIS ISN'T BASEBALL, you will never hit the ball straight.. well i proved him wrong, i hit fairway 7 out of 10 times and hitting the ball 238 yards but the 3 time i sliced it big time!!! Any help!! Thanks
