Ok, this is maybe not a particular golf equipment but it is a really good tool to build up your body for the upcoming golf season. With the Confidence trainer you actually get two machines in one...an elliptical cross trainer and a normal exercise bike. The cross trainer is great training for your upper body and will improve your golf next summer.
